MS. SUE PRITZKER
AMI Trainer
Ms. Sue Pritzker is an AMI Trainer and an experienced Montessori leader with decades of contributions to school development, leadership training, and the growth of Montessori communities.
She served as Head of School at Childpeace Montessori (1987–2020), leading the school’s growth from 45 to 360 students and helping build a strong, thriving Montessori community.
With extensive expertise in Montessori leadership, Ms. Sue has served as an AMI-USA Primary (3–6) Consultant since 1985. She is also a trainer for Whole School Leadership and AMI School Leadership Programs, supporting Montessori leaders in strengthening their skills and developing effective educational environments.
She has collaborated with international Montessori organizations, including Lead Montessori and Montessori Institute Prague, and has been an international speaker in countries such as Canada, Mexico, Norway, China, and the Czech Republic.
Through her lifelong commitment to Montessori education, Ms. Sue Pritzker continues to inspire school leaders and educators worldwide to create meaningful, high-quality, and sustainable Montessori communities.
